Question: I don't see how to order items on your site. How do I select items to order? Answer: We wanted to let you "browse" the products first, so the initial part of our site is just for you to "browse" through our products if you like. The Store a separate section. If you are ready to shop online it's easy! Simply click on one of the "Go to Our Online Store" buttons - located near the price on each page or the link "Shop Online Store" at the top of left of any page, or on the left hand side bar at the top of any page, that says "Go to Our Online Store" and you are ready to shop! To make it easy for you, here is a link to the store: Go to Our Online Store. Our store is categorized and easy to shop in a jiffy. Question: I want to order Liquid Glass, but I can't find it on the "drop down" menus at the store. Where is it? Answer: Select the "Product Index" drop down menu and then select "top coats". That will take you to Liquid Glass and other top coats. Question: I would like to order online, but I can't go past the credit card section. How do I order? Answer: To order through our online store you need a valid credit card. Galaxy accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also use your Visa or MasterCard ATM card. However, if you wish to use another method of payment, please order by phone through the distributor closest to you, or call Galaxy World Headquarters toll free in the USA: 1-800-229-NAIL, outside USA: 1-951-270-2990, fax: 1-951-270-1938. Our hours are Mon - Thurs 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time and Fridays 9 am to 1 pm.
Question: I placed an order a couple of weeks ago, but have not received it. Where is my order? Answer: Galaxy's minimum order amount is $25.00 (stated on our site in several locations), not including shipping or sales tax. If your merchandise purchase was under the $25.00 minimum your order cannot be processed. You should have received an email stating this after you ordered, however sometimes the email address we have for you is invalid or incorrect. In any case, you may re-order and increase the amount of your purchase and it will be shipped promptly. Please be sure to include all your contact information in case we need to contact you regarding a problem with your order. Question: The Distributor in my area is out of the products I need and I can't wait! What do I do? Answer: You may contact Galaxy World Headquarters and order directly from us, however depending on your location shipping cost may be slightly more. In this situation it is best to call us and explain your situation by phone Toll Free in the USA: 1-800-229-NAIL or (951) 270-2990 between the hours of: Mon - Thurs 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time and Fridays 9 am to 1 pm.
